  • Where do I submit my Notice to Vacate? In the tenant portal via the web or the app, use the menu to navigate to Contact Us and select Request Notice to Vacate

  • How can I schedule my Move-Out Inspection? You are entitled to request an initial inspection of the rental to take place during the last 14 days of tenancy. A final inspection will be performed after you have moved out of the rental. You can schedule these by contacting us or scheduling online.

  • Accept/Decline Work Orders: Choose to accept or decline new work orders. If declined, we'll assign it to someone else.

  • Add Notes for Issues: If a problem arises after accepting a work order, please add a note to it.

  • Maintenance Limits & Emergencies: If the job costs more than the maintenance limit, send an estimate for property owner review. For code enforcement and health/safety emergencies, proceed with the necessary work immediately.

  • Update Status: Mark the work order as complete when you're done. Add any extra notes if needed.

  • Invoice: Include the work order number on your bill.
